The first Mario font is an uneven sans serif typeface designed by Nintendo in 1988. It is used for the logos and, later, interfaces of Mario games from Super Mario Bros. 3 to Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
It was replaced with the second Mario font that appeared in Super Mario 3D Land, though the first Mario font was still used through Paper Mario: Sticker Star, albeit the game logo uses the second Mario font.
The Super Mario Maker font is a geometric sans serif typeface designed by Nintendo in 2015 and 2019, with the lowercase typeface designed on the latter date. It is used for the interface in Super Mario Maker and Super Mario Maker 2, with the lowercase typeface used in the latter game.
UD Shin Go (UD新ゴ) is a Universal Design sans serif typeface from Morisawa. Its Latin characters and numerals come from ClearTone SG, a humanist sans serif typeface also from Morisawa, with slight modifications, particularly in the letter \"J\". In UD Shin Go, \"J\" sits on the baseline; while in ClearTone SG, \"J\" descends below the baseline. UD Shin Go modified with a single story \"g\" from Latin small letter script g is the system font on Nintendo Switch. The unmodified UD Shin Go with a double story \"g\" is used for the interface in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.

Just like its predecessor, the menu font of Final Fantasy VI Advance (PAL) has uneven letters sourced from different variants of this typeface. Further, players have found the small font difficult to read when played on real hardware. Therefore, this package of two patches was created.
Class III malocclusion is one of the most common reasons for performing a LeFort I osteotomy. It is associated with maxillary hypoplasia and is commonly found in patients with orofacial clefts, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), and maxillary atrophy. LeFort 1 osteotomy with horizontal advancement is used for the majority of patients to correct their malocclusion. This surgery is commonly performed in the last stages of treatment for patients with cleft lip and palate. They have significant class III malocclusion as well as a narrow dental arch and palatal collapse.5 If left untreated, the maxillary hypoplasia can lead to superior rotation of the mandible, reducing the facial height and upwardly tilting the occlusal plane. Maxillary surgery is required in up to 25% of cleft lip and palate patients.5 Traditionally, a LeFort I osteotomy with advancement has been the standard treatment. Due to the high rates of relapse with this procedure, many have advocated segmental LeFort I osteotomy with orthodontic rapid palatal expansion.6
Patients with severe class II deformities due to mandibular retrognathism will often undergo LeFort 1 osteotomy and repositioning, in addition to mandibular advancement and osseous genioplasty, to achieve a more stable and aesthetic appearance.
LeFort I osteotomy is used in combination with the bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) in correcting the secondary maxillary effects seen in asymmetrical mandibular deformities. These asymmetries are usually attributed to unilateral mandibular condylar hyperplasia during active growth of the maxilla and mandible. The asymmetric overgrowth of the ipsilateral maxilla shifts the midline and slope of the maxillary plane. LeFort I is used to realign the maxilla with the facial midline, correct the cant, and allow for advancement.
After ensuring proper occlusion, the incision is closed with an absorbable suture. This is done with a 3.0 or 4.0 Vicryl suture in a horizontal mattress-type fashion to ensure a watertight closure. Some surgeons prefer an alar-cinch stitch to recreate the detached insertions of the nasalis muscle. This is done to help prevent any nasal- base widening. A V-Y advancement of the mucosa tissue can be done to help prevent a flat upper lip. This helps recreate the upper-lip pout especially after a large horizontal movement.14
There's a couple of ways to install Fonts. The 'easy' way to install fonts is to just Unzip/place the font file [.ttf] into your Windows\\Fonts directory (I always use this method). If you're unable to do it the 'easy' way, then try to do it this way (for Windows 95/98/NT)
note that this font includes a few special characters, mapped to the most appropriate unicode point: the yes/no selection arrow (mapped to triangular bullet U+2023), directional arrows (U+2190 - U+2193) and the circled A (U+24B6), B (U+24B7), X (U+24CD) and Y (U+24CE).
update: added proper left/right double quote marks; j fixed; Q, X and Z fixed; added accented characters and ß - note that, for some reason, the accented e and i versions have an additional pixel of letter-spacing; added ordinal ª and º; added Ã; added  and  from the spanish version of the game on the game boy advance - note that the regular exclamation and question marks in the spanish version are different from the english/french/german version, and this recreation keeps the ones from the latter
