Esther started her labor last night around 11:00...she stalled-out around 4:30. Took her to the vet, she is there right now being monitored. He thinks she is just on the early side of things, and doesn't seem worried, but is going to check on the pup's heart rates to make sure they are not too stressed. If possible, he will even let her have them naturally under his watch. If any complications, she will have a c-section. She is in good hands, and I will update you as soon as we get further news on her progress!
We bred the pair on Monday, and again today. We will ultrasound on or near her 35th day of gestation to confirm a pregnancy. We will post that information here in approximately 35 days!
